In the world of therapy, there is no one-size-fits-all solution, because every person is unique, with their own stories, challenges and needs. I am aware of this diversity, which is why I offer forms of care and therapy that meet each individual where they are at the moment.

From the life-changing experience of face-to-face therapy in the beautiful surroundings of Dubai, to the deep and understanding personal care in Germany, to the flexible and accessible online therapy – my goal is to find the right path for each patient.

We develop individual therapy programs that are tailored to your needs. These programs include a combination of one-on-one sessions, mindfulness exercises and movement – all designed to nourish your mind and strengthen your body.

Personal therapy in Germany

Personal therapy is characterized by a deep connection and understanding between therapist and patient. A trusting relationship is created in a protected space, which enables you to open up completely and get to the core of your problems. As a therapist, I come to Germany 2 – 3 times a year to provide more personal care for my patients who wish it. This stay can last a week or 2 – 3 weeks. During my stay, I offer daily therapy sessions. This opportunity offers an intensive framework for therapeutic work and strengthens the trusting relationship between therapist and patient.

Personal therapy offers a wide range of opportunities to address your individual needs and circumstances. You have the freedom to work with your therapist to develop a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your personal goals, desires and challenges. This can involve a wide range of approaches, from cognitive behavioral therapy and depth psychological methods to creative and body-oriented forms of therapy.

Online therapy

Nowadays, it doesn’t matter where the therapist or patient lives, the internet connects us all and brings us new opportunities to integrate therapy into our everyday lives. Not only do you often save hours of travel, but you can also work on yourself in your own safe space with the support of your therapist.

In addition, online therapy offers a level of discretion that is sometimes more difficult to guarantee in physical settings. Knowing that you can work from home can also help those who may be reluctant to visit a therapist’s office. This aspect can significantly lower the threshold for seeking help and allow more people to take the first step towards recovery.
